PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Mr. Kampa joined Summit Commercial as a Principal in 2008. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in the representation of tenants in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. The recipient of numerous real estate leadership awards, Mr. Kampa selected Summit to expose his clients to the firm’s specialized services.
Prior to Summit Commercial, Mr. Kampa, as Executive Director, coordinated the Tenant Representation Divisions of Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, later becoming Insignia/ESG, then CB Richard Ellis. A lawyer by training, he specialized in construction contract law, beginning his professional career with San Francisco’s Bechtel Corporation, International Division.
Mr. Kampa received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Idaho and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law. Additionally, he was a professional athlete with the Baltimore Orioles organization.
