Accomplished commercial real estate and sales executive with nearly thirty years experience providing brokerage services to office tenants in the Greater Washington area to include regional corporations, law firms association and non- profit organizations. As the Mid Atlantic Director for Los Angeles based SCI Real Estate Investments, Alan raised equity investments for the SCI portfolio of institutional grade office, retail and multihousing assets throughout the US, developing a deeper understanding of the owner/landlord side of the industry which will better serve his tenant clients. As a long time DC resident Alan has met and completed transactions with some well known DC names.
