Don Mercer

Mr. Mercer has 20 plus years of real estate experience in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Mr. Mercer’s focus is centered on providing clients real estate services involving leasing, sales and consulting. Primary emphasis is in providing clients representation services within the Washington Metropolitan areas.

Services include tenant representation, building design and marketing, landlord representation, and disposition/acquisition of real property. In addition,

Mr. Mercer is recognized throughout the industry as an expert in these fields of real estate and provides expert witness testimony and due diligence on a case by case basis. Mr. Mercer has as well, authored many articles which have appeared in various trade publications and been a guest speaker on various topics.

Prior to joining Summit Commercial Real Estate Mr. Mercer was an Executive Vice President, Partner and Manger of the Tyson’s Corner Office of Larson, Ball & Gould, Inc. headquartered in Washington, DC.

Earlier in his career he was a Vice President and Managing Broker with Weaver Bros., Inc., responsible for individual brokerage, and the establishment of the Northern Virginia office.
