His tenant representation experience focuses on serving Associations, not-for-profits, and corporate communities in Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Kevin coordinates a step-by-step process for clients to locate, acquire, and/or expand office space in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Structured and strategic planning consists of market analysis, financial analysis, property evaluation, coordination of zoning, and construction management. Kevin Connelly has completed transactions throughout the Washington D.C. and Virginia area and is currently working with several clients on a nationwide basis. Prior to joining Summit Commercial Real Estate, Kevin Connelly worked with Long & Foster Commercial Division and has been employed as a Commercial Real Estate consultant for fast-paced growth marketing & recruiting companies, and previously before that served as a Green Energy Sales and Acquisitions Consultant. Kevin Connelly is bilingual, speaking Spanish fluently, providing excellent communication to clients in all the steps and details of Commercial Real Estate leasing and sales all-around translation of Commercial Real Estate.
