Nate Wilson

Nate Wilson joined Summit Commercial Real Estate in 2018. After graduating from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina he initially built his foundation in the industry as a Research Associate at CoStar Group, a Commercial Real Estate data company. Since joining Summit, he has been a major contributor to the firm’s office leasing and tenant representation teams. His leasing portfolio encompasses over 3 million square feet of office and retail space in DC and Virginia. His tenant clients include groups from multiple sectors including government affairs, non-profits, law offices, government contractors, universities, and start-ups.

Nate leverages both his research background and brokerage experience to deliver data driven results for both his landlord and tenant clients with unwavering commitment to communication and service.

Nate is an avid skier, football fan, and traveler. He is involved with local non-profits including JDRF Mid Atlantic and Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.
