Sandy Weiss

Sandy Weiss is a 36-year commercial real estate veteran and a Principal at Summit Commercial Real Estate. Sandy’s career has been devoted exclusively to advocating on behalf of tenants, both in downtown Washington and in all submarkets of Northern Virginia and Maryland, and in other areas around the country. She has a large non-profit practice and also significant experience with government contractors, technology firms, professional service firms, law firms and consulting firms. Her work includes lease renewals/recasts, relocations, dispositions, and purchases/sales. Sandy was most recently a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and has held senior positions at Grubb & Ellis, Cresa Partners and The Ezra Company. Before entering the real estate field, Sandy was an account representative for Xerox Corporation.
